Time: 6:00 to 11:00 pm – ranch gate opens at 5:00 pm (earlier for volunteers)

FREE Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks provided, FOOD TRUCK, LIVE MUSIC, CORN HOLE, HORSESHOES----Guadalupe River Frontage

Music: open air channel music (Pandora) available with outside speakers and inside – PA system is available as well.

DONATIONS ACCEPTED – SS American Memorial Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit.

We need know what needs to be bought. Will add party donation sheet on updates till get together.

Primary Rules: No dogs/pets allowed. Smoking allowed in designated area only. All trash to be removed and placed in designated large bin receptacle at end of evening located on premises.

Thre is no obligation to Volunteer but we could use your help, especially in setup and cleanup, Thank you.
